Sparrow Woodworks LLC is a Boutique General Contracting and woodworking company headquartered in Indianola, WA. Our goal is to Build Better Homes, Build better futures, and build Better relationships.

Our Woodshop Division produces one-of-a-kind high end architectural cabinetry and furniture. Additionally, our woodshop produces production-oriented display and cabinet fixtures regularly.

Qualifications:

● 5+ years experience in woodworking and cabinetry.
● Fluent in Woodshop machinery, equipment, and Maintenance
● Good communication and interpersonal skills with clients and co-workers are a must.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to continually learn.
● Ability to work within deadlines and hold others accountable to do the same.
● Dedicated to Craft, Quality, and a Career in the trades.
● Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
● Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
● Shop drawing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

● Craft Custom Cabinetry and wood-related items as instructed/drawn.
● Read and interpret plans. Generate cultists.
● Ensure that all Woodshop activities are conducted safely, to plan, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Instruct others as needed.
● Coordinate with the Owner to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. Adjust as necessary and keep projects on track.
● Collaborate with vendors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.
● Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up to date
● Actively engage in learning opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
● Complete daily administrative tasks and update tracking systems.

3-month probationary period.

Pay from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour plus benefits. Depending on experience.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Most work will take place in our shop with some on-site installation. At times you may be asked to work elsewhere in Washington and Oregon for short stints.
