Baker-Miller Lumber Inc. is a thriving locally owned retail lumber yard. The superior customer service and quality products we offer is what makes us great. We have an immediate opening for a yard person. Generous wage and benefit package for the right person.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist customers in the yard accurately and professionally
- Building loads for deliveries
- Operating forklift to load, unload and stock building materials
- Helping to maintain a safe and well organized lumber yard
- Reports issues or discrepancies with inventory and assists in inventory counts
Requirements
- Knowledge of building materials
- Able to lift heavy materials at times
- Basic math and reading skills
