Position Description:
Global InfoTek, Inc. is looking for a Computer Systems Administrator to join our team to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. This opportunity will help build and shape the Air Force organization where customers are their top priority.
Brief Description:
The Computer Systems Administrator will specialize in the Agile construct, process enhancements, automated reporting, and building out of customer driven requirements to meet mission success.
Required Skills:
- Experience with administrative maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting actions on a variety of commercial software suites.
- Working knowledge of Linux, Windows and VMware operating systems and other network and computer components Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision.
- Manage the functionality and efficiency of a network operations center supporting IT infrastructure for multiple customers.
- Experience patching and maintaining servers, workstations, SANs, etc.
- Experience providing advice and training to end-users, and guide and inform senior leadership.
- Desire to maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and continue to learn new skills daily
Desirable Skills:
- Demonstrate knowledge and technical ability to perform using Microsoft and Linux operating systems, VMware products, Cisco networking, and VPN/IPSec technologies.
- Demonstrate systems security administrative functions, including creating user and equipment profiles and accounts.
- DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level II (Security+ CE, CySA+ CE, GSEC)
