Must commit to 2nd shift long- term (2:00 pm start). Must be flexible to work 1st shift while in training. We offer a 10% shift differential for 2nd shift and great full-time benefits!

Machine Type: Haas Axis 3, 3+2 Milling MORI DMU 50 full 5 Axis.

Software & Computer Skills: MasterCAM, Epicor, Microsoft Office

Essential Duties and Qualifications

· Operates, and troubleshoots the Haas and MORI machines.

· Able to read and interpret programs and make edit to G & M codes

· CAM software knowledge is a plus

· Replaces tools, filters; adds coolant

· Proficient using gauges, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, and other measuring tools

· Responsible for quality of each set up and production

· Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics

· Sufficient knowledge of GD&T

· Manufacturing experience working with in medical/aerospace industries preferred

· Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the work area at all times

· Helps reduce scrap, cost, time

· Maintains safe and engaging work environment

· Reliable, timely and consistent attendance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
