Work Now Staffing is looking for Sit Down Forklift Operators for our Romeoville client.Shift: 3rd shift - 6:00pm - 6:00am
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Job Details:
*
Load/Unload product finished goods onto trailers
*
Identify and report any equipment, quality or unsafe practices and/or conditions
*
Utilize a forklift to transport, pick and load finished orders throughout the facility.
*
Perform Put-away
*
Delivers material to work area as directed, stacks material to work area as directed, stacks material in storage areas and load shipments in trailer
*
Use RF to scan finished goods into and out of inventory
*
Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and notifies management of any action items.
*
Maintains bin accuracy; clean up bins as needed; inventory of shipping materials and production
*
Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.
*
Updates order entry system (SAP). Maintains receiving files.
*
Cross-train to work production lines as an LTO when needed.
*
Participate appropriately in all company initiatives including promoting a safe work environment and supporting 5S activities.
*
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
