Job Summary:
Job Tasks/Responsibilities - Primary:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented
- Good communication skills
- Good coaching skills
- Maintain and monitor production board documents (Work Standards, SOPs Etc...)
- Maintain 5S/Innovation requirements (5s Home Work, 7waste, NC Audits)
- Able to demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Reliable with good work attendance
- Good presentation skills
- Support Pack Team with 7waste and Continuous Improvement activities
- Work with Leadership to Create and Maintain 5S3R standards on Shop floor
- Work schedule Flexible to support (Ideal day shift only )
- Coaching team to have a 5S3R mindset providing regular and timely feedback.
- Maintain 5s accountably, discipline, and achieve results in a every changing work place
- Attend Leadership Meetings Presenting Updates of shop Floor 5S3R activities.
- Able to work flexible hours as needed to support 24/5 production
