7 days on and 7 days off coverage $60/ph,full time.

This positions is salaried exemption and rotates coverage with Director of Pharmacy.
To be considered, must have Arizona Pharmacy license in good standing.

Job Summary: Responsibilities include: accurately interpreting and verifying medication orders; acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel; prepares and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals for patient care; assumes the duties of Pharmacy Department Director in his or her absence; performs other duties as assigned.

Regulatory Requirements:

· Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.

· Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

· Current Pharmacist certification or licensure in the State of Arizona.

· Education in all age groups ranging from newborn to the geriatric population obtained either in school education or subsequent training.
