Job description

Troppito Miller Griffin, LLC is a law firm that is in need of a full-time accountant to work at our office, which is located in the River Market in Kansas City, Missouri. The position will consist of performing all functions related to accounting, including but not limited to preparing profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets, general bookkeeping, recording sales and payments, sending invoices, keeping the QBO ledger up-to-date, AR, AP, payroll, and bonuses.

You must have at least 5 years of QuickBooks online experience, and some experience doing accounting/bookkeeping at a law firm. You will not be considered for this position if you do not have these requirements. If you have experience working in a law firm, and using Clio, which is our legal management software and client billing system, you will be a preferred candidate.

Salary/hourly pay will be based upon experience.
