The growing Philadelphia office of Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will process check requests, invoices, and travel and entertainment expenses for attorneys and other supporting staff. The Accounts Payable Clerk will also assist with staff and vendor inquiries.

Job Description:

Key invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
Verify documents are approved before processing.
Communicate, research, and problem solve any vendor related issues.
Performs any and all other duties as necessary and as assigned by your supervisors for efficient functioning of the Department, Office and Firm.
The Accounts Payable Clerk will also communicate with the secretaries, paralegals, associates, and Partners for each practice group in order to pay our vendors in an accurate and timely fashion.

Experience:

Experience using Sage Accounting Software and Microsoft Office preferred.
Some college preferred, or some combination of equivalent experience.
Data entry experience required.
General office skills and basic math skills required.
Working in accounting.
Experience working in a legal or professional services organization a plus.
Must be a team player.
