We sell the finest new pianos and rebuilt vintage Steinways in the world out of the most elegant showrooms in the country, and we are looking to fill a Full Time position of Accounts Payable Specialist working in our White Plains, NY office.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for keeping the Accounts Payable current and in order. This includes reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy; entering invoices for payment; and ensuring that payments are made timely. This is an entry level position that will report directly to the Controller. We are looking for someone that is personable, very well-organized and dependable.

The ideal candidate has basic math and computer skills, is detail oriented, and can communicate well, both on the phone and in writing.
