ACCOUNTS PAYBLE SPECIALIST
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, a problem solver, and a collaborative team player. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with multiple entities, possess strong problem-solving skills, be innovative, and have experience in process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Manage and process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner -
Ensure all invoices are properly authorized, coded, and recorded -
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner -
Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable files -
Utilize computer skills and knowledge of shortcuts to increase efficiency in daily tasks -
Assist in month-end closing procedures and reconciliations -
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any invoice-related issues -
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred -
2+ years of accounts payable experience -
Computer literacy -
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills -
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently -
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams -
Experience working with multiple entities is a plus -
Proficiency in Excel and Adobe -
Knowledge of NetSuite and QuickBooks preferred but not necessary

Requirements:
