Ideal Team Member
The primary responsibilities of this role will be reviewing and resolving trade promotion deductions for assigned accounts. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy. This position reports to the Controller.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconcile and track customer deductions for promotional activities.
- Review and approve credit memos issued to assign accounts receivables.
- Works with sales team and pricing team to resolve customer pricing deductions.
- Assists the controller with monthly end close and reconciliations.
- Backup for posting payments accurately to customer accounts and preparing daily deposits.
- Backup/Assist the Accounts Receivable Team and customer service Team to address billing and collection issues.
- Other administrative support and duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Associate Degree in business or accounting preferred; or a minimum of three years equivalent accounting experience.
- The ability to multi-task is essential.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; including outstanding telephone etiquette and face-to-face interaction.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel, and Google Chrome.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
