We are looking for an Activity Assistant to join our team and help coordinate activities for our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging activities, providing support to clients, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of age groups, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activities for residents.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Assist with the development of individual care plans and activity programs.
• Encourage clients to participate in activities and socialize with others.
• Monitor client progress and document changes in behavior or condition.
