As a Regency Admin Assistant (Finance Department), you’ll play a key role in assisting the company maintain smooth operations by taking care of admin tasks such as processing mail, filing, scanning and uploading documents as needed.
Qualifications:
- Entry Level Position- No Expereince Required
- Self-awareness and a desire to grow
- Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Able to navigate basic computer functions
- Friendly Attitude and Reliability
This position is part time, and works out of the office (located in Chatsworth, Ca). This job schedule will be approximately 15 hours a week. Ideally looking for 3 hours per day, 5 days a week. The expected pay rate for this position is $20.00 an hour.
