What we are looking for
Candidate with a good attitude that can assist ownership in growth and organization. The ability to learn the systems we have in place to assist in this roll quickly. The ability to be creative and make the Grounds Guys a better place to work for all team members.

You are a key team member and usually the first point of contact for both new and existing clients. You support the work of management and other staff. You perform administrative and office support activities for the Management Team.

Responsibilities include

  • Providing frontline support through various channels to include telephone, email, social media, and marketing dashboard
  • Communicating with Management, Team Leads, Leads, and both new and existing clients
  • Processing requests from new leads and existing clients
  • Scheduling Consultation appointments for new leads, sending Reminder and Follow Up emails, and completed Estimates
  • Knowing our products inside and out to enable you to answer questions
  • Keeping records of client interactions, comments, and complaints
  • Responding and acknowledging customer feedback including compliments and complaints and assisting with resolution
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
  • Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively to meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. You have a minimum of two years admin experience. You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You are detail-oriented with strong data entry skills. You have a positive and friendly personality. You are a team player who can work independently.

Work week: M-F 9-5
