ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – BEHAVIORAL EVALUATIONS
(Pinellas County Funded) CTA/C132
Description of Work:
This is specialized clerical work supporting the Behavioral Evaluation Program. An employee in this position is responsible for providing a variety of office support services for the Behavioral Evaluation Program, including data entry, data management, answering phones, scheduling evaluations and typing reports, and other tasks related to file management. Work is performed under the supervision of the Behavioral Evaluations Program Director
Minimum Training and Experience Required:
Graduation from high school or possession of G.E.D. certificate and one year of college or vocational school education in office skills, computer operation or a closely related field. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel and data entry. One year of clerical/administrative experience. Legal experience a plus. Transcription skills. Experience with medical/psychological terminology a plus.

**Salary: $1,300.74 Bi-weekly plus Pinellas County benefits; Equivalent to State Pay Grade S19
