Moberly Motors – a family owned and operated company in business for over 75 years, is looking for a new team member in our Collision Center! We’re looking for a smiling face and a welcoming personality for our administrative assistant position.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls, taking appointments, greeting customers and initiating required documentation for the repair process.
- Scheduling estimate and repair appointments and processing applicable documentation.
- Receiving, organizing and distributing repair parts.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
This is a full time position. Work hours are Mon.- Fri. 8:00-5:00.
Qualifications desired include:
- Be proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Organization
- Professionalism
- Problem solving
Requirements include:
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Pass background check/drug test
