Guest Service attendants are the first and last people our guests interact with while visiting The Roof. Guest Service attendants must always maintain a welcoming attitude, be knowledgeable of The Roof and Ponce Market, and exceed expectations. Since GS attendants are guests' first impressions, it is important that attendants set the right tone and standard for our guests' experience here on The Roof.

Position

Kiosk – This position requires attendants to be on the Toast computer or handheld. They must be knowledgeable about all entities of The Roof as well as the admissions process and pricing. Everyone in this position must be well versed in their spiel of explaining the pricing options and directing guests to where they need/want to go.

Express – This position is stationed at a podium outside of the TBT. This is where Nine Mile Station guests will check-in and be wristbanded for their reservation. When a guest approaches the podium, ask them if they have a reservation, answer any questions they may have, and direct them to the right lines.

Cube Greeter – This position will require the attendant to be stationed outside of the TBT. This person will direct guests to the right lines and answer any guest questions. The Cube Greeter must be knowledgeable, informational, and maintain traffic flow in and around TBT.

Elevator Que – This position is stationed behind TBT. This person must ensure that guests in line and going into the elevator have wristbands, no food/drinks/weapons go pass or into the elevator, count no more than 35 people on each elevator ride, and run side elevators when needed.

Elevator Attendant – This position operates the freight and gives a spiel to guests heading up to and leaving The Roof. The Elevator Attendant must be knowledgeable, exude consistent high/positive energy, and always give an informational spiel to guests (i.e., Ponce City Market, Skyline Park, Nine Mile Station).

Lobby- The lobby position greets guests as they get off the elevator and/or directs traffic flow.

Desk 1/Desk 2 – This position is stationed at the Golf/Front Desk. This position greets guests as they enter the park, manages the mini-golf equipment, cashes guests out for Unlimited Game Play, and maintains the desk (visuals, merchandise, cleanliness, etc.) In the event there is not a door position scheduled, Desk 2 is to work the Door/Lobby and help Desk 1 as needed.

Server Assistant (SA) – This position is stationed in 9½ (catering kitchen). The SA is to run food orders to both bars in RFD, clear dishes from tables, run dishes through the dishwasher, communicate with and to bartenders and cook, and maintain the catering kitchen area.

12 Host – This position is stationed in the Lower Level (LL). This is where 12 Cocktail Bar guests come to check in for their reservation and are escorted up to the bar. The 12 host must always present themselves professionally - in the way they are dressed and in their guest interactions. If needed, they may inform or remind the guests of the Cocktail Bar Dress Code.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
