Advanced Die Cutting Machine Operator

Rapid Die Cut(“RDC”) is a rapidly growing digital manufacturer and converter of custom parts made from various non-metal materials. We serve 20+ industries in North America and provide custom-cut parts for hundreds of different applications.

We seek a highly motivated, self-starting, and professional individual with Die Cutting and PSA Laminating experience who understands the importance of setup and machine optimization for the most efficient outcomes without sacrificing quality on a production floor for.

Responsibilities:

● Set up and Operate Automated Flat Bed, Rotary, and Laminating machines per the run schedule.

● Perform quality checks throughout the production run.

● Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement or modifications.

● Improve production processes and machine optimization by applying their advanced knowledge to the manufacturing process.

● Work closely with the Head of manufacturing to hit the company’s goals and objectives.

● Perform preventative machine maintenance per the scheduled recommendations from the machine manufacturer.

● Troubleshooting and recommending improvements for operations.

Requirements and Skills:

● Proven work experience (5+ years) in Die Cutting Machine Operating.

● Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.

● Deep, relentless intellectual curiosity and motivation for daily improvement.

● Strong blueprint reading.

● Excellent problem-solving skills. “Solutions, not shortcuts.”

● Well-organized, detail-oriented, “works with passion and drive.”

● Exceptional organizational, analytical, communication, and writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
