• Discipline and counsel employees when necessary
• Other duties as assigned based on business need

Basic Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and able to meet company's driving guidelines
• Must be flexible in work location. If placed in Part Time status, work location will be moved to Busch Gardens at the end of Adventure Island season.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week for Full Time Temporary/ Seasonal and 20 hours per week for Part Time with flexible schedule, including weekends, mornings, evenings and holidays
• Must be a role model for SEA safety, guest service, cleanliness and grooming standards.
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral. Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time, work in all forms of outdoor weather.
• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. frequently depending on location
• Position will perform frequent simple hand grasping and fine manipulation (use of keyboard/writing) work
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying Florida weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/heat temperature extremes
• Considerable walking/standing for extended periods and able to work at extreme heights is required
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
• Promote and ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and fellow ambassador
