We are looking for Aerial Yoga and Wall Yoga Instructors - we are hiring IMMEDIATELY for these roles! If you have Aerial Yoga and Wall Yoga experience - we want you to join the Lake Nona Performance Club team!

The Lake Nona Performance Club, managed by Integrated Wellness Partners, is one of the most comprehensive and thoughtfully curated clubs in the region providing a tailored approach to whole-person health for members of all ages and skill levels.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Group Fitness Instructor certification NCCA accredited
• Certifications such as, but not limited to: BLS/AED, Specialty class instruction certifications in such formats as: Les Mills, dance, cycle, yoga, Pilates, meditation, senior fitness, aquatics, strength/boot camp, cardio, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong, Reformer, Barre, aerial and wall yoga
• No written disciplinary action within the last 12 months
• Pass Background Check
• Eligible to work in the United States

PREFERRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Excellent interpersonal skills needed for exemplary customer service; outgoing, friendly, and compassionate.
• Displays the characteristics of a skilled instructor; an enthusiasm for teaching, a passion for connecting with others, and the ability to consistently deliver an elite-level performance.
• Experience in a boutique fitness studio setting teaching
• 200-hour yoga certification for yoga applicants

MAIN FUNCTION:
The Group Exercise Instructor (GEI) is ultimately responsible for delivering each group exercise class participant a world-class, highly-motivating and well-organized experience. This is inclusive of delivering safe and effective formats in all class categories. The GEI must be inspiring, outgoing, personable and have the ability to motivate members of varying ages and ability levels. Dependability is paramount as is the ability to be flexible and accommodating in order to consistently offer a robust schedule of classes.
