Taylor Implement Company is a full-service Claas Ag Equipment Dealer with Locations in Yuma CO, Greeley CO, and Hoxie KS. Specializing in Jaguar Forage Harvesters, Lexion Combines, Axion and Xerion tractors. We also support a full line of JCB, Deutz Fahr, Vermeer and Kioti equipment. Taylor Implement specializes in Hay and Forage equipment and we are one of the largest Hay and Forage dealers in the United States. We have been in the agricultural business for over 51 years and staff over 35 employees within the three Locations. Taylor Implement is seeking to hire an Ag Parts Counter Person in the Yuma CO Location

Job Description as Follows

Essential Job Functions

Process phone and walk-in parts orders by:

• Correctly determining customers and technician needs
• Inputting orders into computer or outsourcing the correct part
• Pulling parts from warehouse for customers and technicians
• Making proper and complete purchase orders

Fulfilling the below warehouse duties when required:

• Put away stock orders
• Pull parts orders for service department
• Complete cycle inventory counts
• Assisting Parts Manager when needed

Non-essential Job Functions

• Cleaning workstation and warehouse
• Cleaning of Show Room
• Preparing for Parts Inventory

To be successful in this position you will need the following:

Qualifications include:

· A valid Driver's License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Status to operate company vehicles.

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Communication with management and co-workers on work-related ideas and question

· Must participate in all requested dealership and manufacturers' required training.

· Must have computer skills for looking up parts, ordering/receiving parts and performing inventory Audit

· Must assist in maintaining and cleaning workstation, parts warehouse, shipping/receiving area and showroom

· Must work collaboratively with technicians, parts people, and sales personnel.

· Job will require longer work hours during summer and harvest seasons, or as workload demands.
