Pay
- $20.00-$30.00/hour (performance based)

Responsibilities
- Properly Diagnose HVAC failures and successfully repair them
- Run service and maintenance calls as scheduled
- Keep truck and property clean and well-maintained
- Build strong relationships with each customer
- Be available for on-call rotation for after-hours calls
- Must be EPA certified
- 3+ years in the HVAC trade (Residential HVAC trade experience)
- Clean Drivers license
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
- Willingness to listen and learn
- Desire to make a lot of money in exchange for hard work
- Honest and Reliable
- Authorized to work in the US.
