The Line Cook's primary responsibility is to ensure guest satisfaction by providing an exceptional dining experience that makes our guests want to return again and again. Basic duties include preparing dishes accurately according to the recipe, stocking, and maintaining a clean station.

Qualified candidates will:

• Experience in a fast paced restaurant setting
• Focus on quality with pride in their work
• Demonstrated ability to work with speed and efficiency
• Have excellent communication and organization skills

Additional requirements include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker's Card
• Must be available weekdays as well as weekends, 5:30a-1:30p or 6:30a-2:30p
