The AmeriCorps Program Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the AmeriCorps program, including coordinating recruitment and onboarding of AmeriCorps members; in collaboration with clinical departments, member and staff training, interdepartmental communications and support, data collection, and documentation. Collaborates with the Assistant VP of Quality & Population Health and Director of Health Promotion and Service Programs to monitor compliance with program policies and requirements, and evaluate performance. Contributes to the overall strategy and continuous improvement efforts to achieve the goals of the program.Education
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s in health care administration or related field or relevant experience preferred
Experience
- 1-2 years in a direct service role. Experience in clinical healthcare settings and with and underserved population a plus
- Experience with data management and analysis
- Experience with grants management
- Experience with staff training or education
Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Knowledge of Epic
- Strong organizational and Problem-Solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Proactive
- Committed to the practice of inquiry and listening
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to modify content depending on the audience
