Maintenance Technician

We are hiring an Experienced Maintenance Technician II for Multi-Family Community in Penn Hills, PA. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall appearance and maintenance of the apartment community. Candidate must have maintenance knowledge to include basic carpentry, interior/exterior maintenance, appliance repairs, electric, plumbing, HVAC a plus, etc.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Respond and complete resident service requests promptly
  • Resolve and provide preventative maintenance and repairs on A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
  • Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status
  • Complete work orders promptly
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize
  • Must be available for after-hour emergency calls when needed

Requirements:

  • Must have a least (4) years of maintenance experience
  • Must have strong plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting skills
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have excellent people skills
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Reliable transportation required
