Honor Consulting is currently recruiting for repair Technicians for a Lowes Authorized Appliance Repair Partner.

Experience is not necessary, though it is preferred.

If you can't begin at least part time, within 2 week, please apply once you are able to do so.

You must have a reliable, presentable vehicle to travel up to a 45-minute drive from your home. We reimburse fuel.

Coverage is from Jacksonville NC, to New Bern, to Kinston

We are an Authorized Service Partner for Major Appliance Manufacturers.
If you do not have experience, you must be able to learn on the job with the help of our management team, be responsible enough to contact Tech Support as needed, and be able to use Google and YouTube to self-teach.

You must already own a smartphone.

Our Techs begin and end work from home. You will meet with management 2-3 times weekly to retrieve repair parts.

You must have a basic toolset that includes, but is not limited to a drill, multimeter, screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, Allen keys, and pliers.

We offer highly competitive pay for our repair services, which is determined by the level of difficulty of the job. Our basic repairs are priced between $40 and $85 per Completion, sealed systems pay a flat rate of $110 to $175.

70% of repairs are usually resolved within one visit, while 30% may require a follow-up appointment.

Paychecks are processed bi-weekly for any repairs that have been Completed during the previous two-week work period.

1099 is your pay classification, though you are an employee, we don't make deductions from your pay.

We are in search of part-time technicians who can work either three days a week from 8 am to 5 pm or 4-6 days a week with the option of choosing between 8 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to 7 pm.

PHONE SCREENINGS:
We review applicants daily. Our Ops Manager or President will call/ text the same day, to conduct your initial screening.

If screening goes well, we will onboard you within 24 hrs. and our Tech manager will follow up immediately for an in person ride-along and evaluation with you.
