We are looking for an experienced Appointment Coordinator to join our pediatric practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing customer service to our patients and their families. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a commitment to providing quality care. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical field and a passion for helping children and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records of patient information.
- Greet patients and families in a professional manner.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Provide information about pediatric services and procedures to patients and families.
- Work with insurance companies to ensure proper coverage for pediatric services.
- Keep up-to-date on changes in pediatric policies, procedures, and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
