This position is an Armed position.
Candidates must be service orientated and be able to carry out the demands of specific security positions.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills by providing guidance and support to staff in case of conflicts and work-related issues.
- Prepare and implement effective training programs for site staff to meet site requirements.
- Delegate work responsibilities for staff and monitor employee attendance on a daily basis.
- Prepare work schedules on a regular basis and maintain necessary documentations.
- Evaluate performance level of officers for quality purposes.
- Ensuring that all posts are covered on a day-to-day basis, and weekend.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sending/replying to emails and other
This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Job requires a lot of driving and traveling. Company car and gas card provided
Requirements:
- Applicants must understand and comply with Dynamic core values and standards.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Must be able to resolve problems and issue in a timely manner.
- Applicants must be physically able to carry out Security Officer Duties.
- Prefer 2 years of prior military, police or corrections experience, and\or Security Supervisor experience, but not required.
- Be over the age of 21
- Must have a clean driving record as a company car will be provided.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
