Position Description
CGI Federal is hiring a Sustainment Readiness Analyst to support the Regionally Aligned Readiness and Modernization Model (ReARMM). You will be supporting the 101st Airborne Division (ASSLT) at Ft Campbell KY with the coordination of unit related ReARMM activities such as planning and synchronizing the operational, manning, equipping, and training requirements in support of the 101st Airborne Division (AASLT) & Fort Campbell assigned units achieving progressive readiness in support of world-wide contingencies and deployments. You will be interacting with a dynamic team of people with opportunities to learn and grow as you help deliver the overall solution to our client.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,000 to $65,000.
As a Federal Contractor, all members of CGI Federal, regardless of role or work location are required to be fully vaccinated, with the exception of those with approved medical or religious accommodations.
Due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US Citizenship.

Position Description

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Conducted data collection and input of unit status reporting into Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS- A). Perform Unit Status Reporting (USR) information in Army ERP systems.
- Provide Command Readiness Briefings (CRB) and guidance to Division Staff and Units on the ARFORGEN and Sustainable Readiness Models.
- Execute complex analytical tasks, such as RESET analysis, utilizing the Synchronization Tool - Enhanced (AST-E) to deconflict schedules, and provide assistance and recommendations to the Division Staff.
- Assist in the development and updating of SOP/Continuity books.
- Work will be performed on both the classified and not classified networks.
- Coordinate and schedule the deployment and redeployment briefings with the Brigades and Division Staff.
- Identify risks and issues pertinent to the project; assist with risk mitigation and issue resolution.
- Provide timely and comprehensive status updates on a regular basis.
- Continually look for opportunities to improve project processes and to introduce innovative solutions to the client.
- Works closely with the 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell Installation Readiness Team, other Division Staff sections/agencies to review, analyze and submitted readiness reports for accuracy and policy compliance. Coordinates with XVIII Airborne Corps & FORSCOM Readiness sections in providing updates and or comments to existing and future processes and policy.
- Must be able to work full work schedule with flexibility if necessary to adjust to customer schedule and requirements.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Experience in Unit Status Reporting required
- Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a client-facing consultative role preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
