Essex Media Group produces multiple publications, which currently includes a daily newspaper, 24/7 news website, two weekly newspapers, a twice-monthly Spanish-language newspaper, a monthly real estate publication, three quarterly glossy lifestyle magazines and a quarterly golf magazine.

We are currently looking for an A/R, A/P, and Billing Clerk who will be responsible for all invoicing and cash receipts posting.

Responsibilities include;

Order entry, daily billing, post daily deposits, prepare bank deposits, charge credit card payments, maintain customer records and files, respond to customer inquiries and special projects as directed.

Also responsible for support for the sales team.

Proficient in MS Excel and Word and a strong attention to detail is required.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 per hour
