This job is perfect or anyone looking to bring in extra money and still have the flexibility to do the things you want to do outside of work! This position will entail general office duties, including sales, direct supervision of 20+ staff, and requires strong leadership capabilities.
Full Time Office Hours Needed: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30pm. This position reports directly to the General Manager
Your duties will include:
- Onboarding new staff
- Answering phone calls, and helping with client related questions and items
- Assisting with dispatching staff each morning at our office
- General organization of the office and supplies
- Signing up, and onboarding new clients (you will receive commission for signing up new clients)
- And other general office tasks as delegated by the General Manager
We are looking for the following qualities in our future office staff:
- Organized - must be able to keep a daily log of clients and potential clients that you have contacted, keep paperwork and supplies neat and organized, and respond quickly to any questions from clients and staff
- Team-oriented and flexible - You are capable of working independently and completing your tasks, but can also take on any tasks as needed and delegated by the General Manager
- Professional and Caring - You will be one of the first people our new employees interact with. Your first impression of professionalism and caring is vital to our new incoming staff!
- Solution Oriented - You know how to figure things out, and take pride in finding solutions. You are self motivated and find ways to improve yourself and the business
- Thrive on Feedback - must be able to receive feedback in order to learn and grow. Everyone at MaidPro receives daily feedback
Must Have the Following Experience:
- 2 + years Managerial Experience
- 2 + years Office Experience
- 2 + years Leadership Experience
