The position of Assistant Manager is a developmental one. This is the position that will enable you to learn, grow and advance to the Retail Store Manager position within the designated market area. We are constantly looking for those individuals willing to learn how to thrive within a challenging retail environment. Many of the responsibilities of the Store Manager will also be yours.

The Assistant Manager is involved in:

Essential Duties:

• Developing and directing the store's employees.

• Completing cash handling, safety, maintenance, and merchandising responsibilities.
• Operation of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Ensuring all customers receive fast and friendly service in a clean facility every time they visit the store.

Qualifications:

• Ability to have employees work as a team.
• Be able to multi-task.
• Be detail-oriented.
• Solid problem-solving.
• Analytical and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A hands-on approach and ability to improve sales is critical.
• A willingness to work "on-call".
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

This is a full time 40hr/week position. We also offer a signing bonus (after all criteria are met) as well as an employee referral program.

Mequon Mobil at 11155 N. Wauwatosa Road, Mequon, WI 53092.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
