Exceed guest Expectations! Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests within the store and the car wash. Oversees all aspects of site. Work hard, Build relationships & Love people.
Our managers are responsible for operations of entire location while on shift with direction of the management team. This includes, but is not limited to car wash operations, guest service, team management, etc. Provides direction and leadership to all team members while on shift.
General Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Retain and create new guest relations.
Must be proficient in all open and closing tasks.
Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Maintain Vacs & Car Wash.
Update checklists, inventory and reports as needed.
Communicate good news, bad news, breakdowns, etc with management team.
Implement & enforce policies, procedures and company culture to all team members.
Cleaning, Walk-thru and checklist to be completed.
All other to benefit the company and guest care.
Take care of guests, team members and head up projects.
Continuous awareness of great Guest Experience.
Be a leader to the team and lead by example.
Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Car Wash Management:
Guest Incident Claims - Engage guest in a positive manner and collect data for Management team. Assure guests feel they are taken care of and assure all details are communicated with Wash Manager and Site Manager regarding incident details and proper repair needs.
Walk Thru List - Perform hourly by you or your team and verify, follow up on issues
Oversee and perform wash cleaning and bring attention to required maintenance
Enforce and Verify Checklists and the Wash Cleaning List
Exceed guest expectations in Wash Quality
Ensure every Team Member follows the Franchise Script when engaging with Guests.
Ensure all Team Members utilize communication headsets.
Maximize productivity of staff and car wash
Sales Management
Report to the Team Sales Goals
Display Graphs representing the progress on the goals
Work with Team on communication of promotions to guests
Hold Team Members accountable to sales.
Set up and train pre-sell procedures to all staff members
When possible get off site and reach out to local businesses to promote wash club and sales.
