Off-Road Shenanigans is a small business in Canyon Lake, TX. We are professional, fast-paced and demanding. We provide services to the off-road recreation industry like, UTVs, ATVs, SXSs, 4x4 vehicles, Golf Carts, Dirtbikes, and similar. We do repairs, maintenance work, custom fabrication, upfitting, install services and CNC Plasma services. We are a newer business and growing fast.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of associates, managing inventory and completing some administrative tasks, including receiving all incoming off - road vehicles and calls. The ideal candidate will have to have experience in the Off -Roading industry and experience working on all off-roading machines, as well as a background in retail management. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills who is able to work effectively with employees and customers alike. We are looking for someone that is has a great additude and has the want to help grow the business. Overtime available.

Responsibilities:

• Receive customers and answer their questions about the store's products and services.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Demonstrate how to use the product or service.
• Follow the company's sales and customer service policies and procedures.
• Become an expert in the products and services they sell.
• Follow up with customers who have purchased products.
• Receive all incoming vehicles and get vehicles ready for pickup.
• Manage the shop inluding but not limited to; setting up and interviewing new employees. Picking up and dropping off vehicles to and from customers home. Delegating jobs to employees.
• Maintaining work orders and making sure jobs get done in a timely manner and getting done in priority order delagated from management.
• Providing a clean and safe work environment.
• Will be responsible with company phone. Which includes receiving and returning all calls to customers.
• And any other responsibility handed down from management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
