The Uftring Auto Group consists of eleven automotive franchises at six car dealerships in Peoria, East Peoria, Washington and North Pekin, Illinois. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Communicate with customers to determine their needs
• Progress check and selling of repairs
• Perform walk around inspection for wiper blades, turn signals, marker lights
• Assist with opening R.O.'s
• Assist with submitting extended warranties
• Assist with tracking and used car work
• Promote Nissan surveys
• Deliver approved estimates or parts to assigned technician
• Keep service drive clear by moving and parking vehicles
• Manage the Nissan loaner vehicle fleet: including scheduling, check out/in
• Answer phones as necessary
• Assist with taking customer vehicle through the car wash
• Assist in scheduling appointments
• Obtain customer information, email, phone, warranty information or method of payment

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customer with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Knowledge of appropriate telephone techniques
• Excellent listening skills
• Computer skills required
• Neat, professional appearance
• Valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Hours
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Alternating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
