Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in related field
• 1 year experience in ABA
• BCBA coursework started
• Must be eligible to sit for BCBA exam within 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Write treatment plans, progress reports, and goal updates and analyze client performance data to assist with treatment decision making.
• Assist with assessments for clients and introducing therapy programs and selecting targets to address skill deficits and target specific behaviors for increase or reduction based on a BCBA’s guidance
• Work with clients between the ages of 2 - 18 years old.
• Receive the supervision and support needed to sit for your BCBA exam.
• Opportunities to supervise and train therapists, providing parent training & directing therapy services under the guidance of a BCBA.
