Job description
Duties:
- Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care
- Employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers and communicates and assists with any corrective action.
- Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling
Requirements:
- Seven years of experience is required,
- 5 of which were in a supervisory role
Education:
- RN License - required Primary Source Verification - required
- Masters degree - required
Certifications & Licenses:
- BLS (CPR)
- RN
- RN License
