We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as an Associate Risk Management Analyst on the Insurance Management Team!

Responsibilities

Manage Certificate of Insurance

• Manage in maintaining and issue daily COIs to customers, landlords, and 3rd party
• Obtain COIs from vendors, service providers, etc.
• To ensure Certificate of Insurance and other insurance related documents upon executing contracts
• CDR(Certificate Detail Report) review at each renewal and distribute updated renewal Certificates to Certificate Holders
• COI uploads and manage in RMIS system

Manage Monopolistic states workers compensation program for All US entities

• Quarterly exposure(payroll) review of LGEUS, LGEAI, LGEVU, ZENITH, Alphonso, LG-Magna
• Initiate Policy renewal and audit(true-up) process
• Invoice process
• Claims reporting/monitoring support

Bonds Management

• LGEUS/LGEAI US Customs Bond
• LGEVU US Customs Bond
• IPR(Intellectual Property Rights) Bond
• Gather & review each entity’s exposure(duties) to determine bond limits
• CBP notices(claims) follow up
• Other related requests to Bond Desk

Insurance & Claims Management Support

• Day to day support to NA entities for insurance related matters
• Collaborate in renewal data gathering, preparation for submission
• Support collecting claims data
• Insurance document management

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 1+ years of experience (insurance, finance, or admin experience preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Extensive Analytical Problem-Solving Capability Required
• Positive attitude, teamwork
• Domestic Travel required
