Job Summary

Under the supervision of the equestrian team head coach, assist with general administrative work including but not limited to scheduling, documenting, filing, recording, data entry and reporting. Assist Sport by providing direct facility support including operation and event coordination. Assist the head and assistant coaches with overseeing procedures to open, operate and close Equestrian center as well setting up and coordinating practices and competitions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education/Experience:

  • Experience with feeding and grooming of horses.
  • Experience performing general clerical duties

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) :

  • Knowledge of basic horse care


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Experience with NCEA team format
