Elements 5, in partnership with Cognito Systems, is an emerging health and wellness company offering athletic training services to the to the United States Army. We are currently hiring for Athletic Trainer positions at Fort Polk, Louisiana.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the U.S. Army as part of its H2F Soldier Readiness initiative. Work will be performed in a military training environment (military fitness centers, outdoor training areas, etc.). Employment is full time and salaried.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
State license (LAT)
BOC certification (ATC)
NPI number
AHA BLS certification
1+ years hands-on, practical experience as an Athletic Trainer
United States Citizenship
