As an Audit Support Agent, you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Performs audits for the National Marketing Center's reservations for accuracy, and to errors made.
  • Responsible for sending and resending confirmation emails and/or letters for reservations or sales presentations as requested.
  • Provides an accurate error report and follows up with the report in order to ensure all errors are corrected.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all resorts, Company products, and services as they related to marketing and the Company as a whole.
  • Responsible for accurate data entry.
  • Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

Schedule Details:

This position has a Mon-Fri schedule, hours are 8AM-4:30PM

Remote after 30-60 day training

  • A minimum one year of experience in the audit, hospitality, or timeshare field required.
  • Maintains a typing proficiency at a rate of 35 words per minute.
  • Exemplary organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets.
  • Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
