Location -Newport, OR 97365

Shift -Days (0800-1730) No weekends

Weeks- 13 weeks

hours in a week -40

Pay - $48/hr on w2 without benefits ( weekly pay)

start date -within 1-2 week

Exp -LPN exp 1 year and Hospital exp.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSCurrent unencumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required upon submission.
Healthcare Provider AHA BLS required upon submission.
Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Lab/EKG experience preferred.LPN License, Covid Card, driver license , flu shot , 2 professional suoervisior references ,update resume,OFFER ASAP

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSEAssists practitioner in performance of procedures, telephone prescription orders/refills, maintaining patient record and relaying test results. Provides safe and quality nursing care under the direction of SHS practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor within scope of practice.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONThe Primary Care teams at Samaritan Health Services offer complete health care for all family members from newborns to seniors through their pediatric, family medicine and internal medicine providers. They encourage and offer preventive care, including annual exams, health screenings and counseling regarding health and lifestyle.
