Fox Valley Auto Group is looking for a Full Time Call Center Representative to join our growing family in St Charles!!!

Position Purpose:Receive and respond to all internet sales inquiries; follow-up and send quotes to customers regarding their desired vehicle; guide customers through the new and used car sales process before, during, and after sale to ensure customer satisfaction; build long-term relationships, obtain referrals, and ensure proper vehicle delivery for internet customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of secretarial, accounting, or office practices and procedures; laboratory or test procedures, including utilization of standard software applications such as spreadsheets, databases, presentations, word processing, electronic email, internet, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
