We are an ALL Used Car Dealer which is Awesome, because it is a Huge Used Car Market.

The Pay Structure Looks Like:

30% or $300 mini to 1- 15 units
16+ units 35% or $300 mini retro
20 units $10,000 guarantee or gross, whatever is greater
20.5+ 35% or $500 mini
Huge Incentive: Sales person the month $1000
