Jim Bagan Toyota has a Technician position available. Multi line experience is a plus. You can earn from $40,000 to $120,000 yearly. Our service department is only open 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.

Position Description:

As a professional Automotive Technician, you will perform multiple duties to accurately diagnose vehicle conditions through detailed inspections and effectively communicate the concerns and services needed both verbally and digitally. Routine maintenance, warranty and all mechanical repairs will be performed efficiently and accurately on customer and internal vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Perform consistent vehicle multipoint inspections.
• Utilize computer systems (CDK a plus) to accurately provide estimates of repair costs and time required to complete services.
• Perform accurate diagnostics and timely, quality repairs on all vehicles as needed.
• Test drive vehicles ensuring services performed accordingly, returned in safe and original condition.
• Complete all documentation on work performed and/or recommended on vehicle repair orders in accordance with Service procedures.
• Maintain a clean, efficient work area and assist with service shop daily maintenance.
• Attend ongoing training to acquire and maintain manufacturer and automotive certifications

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years (Preferred) related automotive technician experience, group leaders a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and effectively communicate with Service Advisors and Managers.
• Self-motivated; able to focus on tasks with strong attention to detail and possess a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 125lbs.; consistent physical activity in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Available to work Monday thru Friday7:00am. to 5:00pm.
• Must pass pre-employment screening to include: background checks, MVR (clean driving record) with valid driver’s license and drug test.
