The responsibilities of a Lube Technician / Mechanic:

  • Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with company standards
  • Communicates directly with the Service Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • Responsible for oil changes, changing filters and rotating tires
  • Follow safety and mechanical procedures as trained
  • General shop clean up
  • Other duties as determined by the Service Manager
  • Strong work ethic

The qualifications of an Lube Technician / Mechanic:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience of oil change/quick lube or other automotive experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong work ethic and motivation
  • A valid state driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Automotive: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
