Ascend Payments is a Silicon Valley based company which specializes in Credit Card Processing and Point-of-Sale services. We are currently expanding our outside sales team and looking to hire fearless independent B2B Sales Account Executives. Individuals with experience in selling Payment Processing Services, technology solutions to Restaurants and direct hospitality experience - Managers, Servers and Bartenders - are highly encouraged to apply.
About You

Must Haves:
● Willing and able to perform 25+ in person cold calls each day.
● Comfortable interacting with people of all levels within an organization
● Can communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing
● High level of confidence with pricing conversations
● Comfortable “asking for the sale”
● Self-driven, can operate independently, and respond to unexpected situations with confidence
● Strong critical thinking skills
● Able to manage multiple competing priorities
● Develop and maintain outstanding customer relationships
● Comfortable learning new tools and technology
● Ability to manage the sales cycle full circle
Expectations
● Answer and respond promptly and clearly to incoming sales inquiries, both in writing and on the phone
● Perform outbound lead development activities
● Keep detailed records of sales inquiries and activities
● Track all sales stages and progress
● Ability to maintain an understanding of product updates and offerings
Nice to Have
● Experience selling credit card processing services
● Experience with POS Systems
● Experience working remotely / independently
● Experience working in a high volume restaurant
Compensation Components Include:
● New Account Bonuses
● Ongoing Revenue Share on each new account
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
