Our medical office is looking for a reliable, trustworthy person to fill the position of Back Office Medical Assistant. This position is responsible for administrative work such as filling out insurance forms and filing, as well as greeting patients and organizing patient files. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are committed to working as a team and can work efficiently while making personal connections with our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare laboratory instruments for use.
• Collect and prepare materials for laboratory tests.
• Review test results and provide information to the physician.
• Clean and sterilize surgical instruments, equipment, and work area.
• Record patients' medical histories in the patient record system.
• Manage the distribution of medicines to different areas of the hospital.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
