Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced expert to support the development of BACN E-11A long-range plans; Main Operations Basing (MOB) establishment actions; formal/informal planning documents for transition to a normalized program of record covering both airborne assets and ground elements. Position is located at Langley AFB, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in determining required infrastructure and communications needs of the BACN system/unit.
• Coordinates across multiple levels of command to gain consensus and support for high-risk emerging issues at leadership levels across ACC and externally to ACC.
• Develops Road maps, BBPs and other required staffing documents as well as position papers.
• Provide oral presentations and advocacy briefings as required.
• Monitors current operations and maintains liaison with operations personnel on possible future employment scenarios and needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• One year experience in project management.
• Three (3) years’ experience in developing CONOPS and Tactics and Techniques documents for C2/TDL systems covering their operations, set up and employment considerations.
• Eight years hands on operational experience with C2 systems and processes.
• Two (2) years’ experience fielding of military systems.
• Two (2) years’ experience as a Wing or higher-level staff (e.g., MAJCOM, HAF or equivalent) staff officer or equivalent position creating, preparing, conducting, delivering, oral/written decision briefs, reports, positions, draft messages, and other correspondence.
• Experience in establishing a permanent main operating base.
• Current DoD Security Clearance Required
